A popular destination for cyclists and walkers, this area of South Somerset is a great place to discover and explore, and includes the National Trust properties of Montacute House, and Barrington Court.
We are also conveniently situated on the River Parrett Trail – a 50 mile long walking trail that follows the course of the River Parrett from its source in the hills on the Dorset/Somerset county border, all the way to where it meets the sea at the Severn Estuary.
